Fashion Designer and Entrepreneur

After a 5 year apprenticeship with Coco Chanel, in Paris, he came to the USA at the age of 17 with only $12 in his pocket! He dreamt of having his own business and could only find a job as a sewing machine operator (no one would believe that he was a full fashion designer at 17). He started his fashion contracting business with $1500 and expanded it to his own brand "Roger Kuper" which became a multi-million dollar business selling to the most prestigious stores, coast to coast in the USA and all over the world. Roger Kuper began his career at age 12 in Paris. The French-born American designer’s early training at Chanel gives his suede and leather fashions the unmistakeable stamp of “couture.”
